Based in Owaka, South Otago, Aleisha Gutsell is Arizto’s most southerly based Real Estate Agent. Aleisha genuinely enjoys working with people, and thrives on building relationships.

After taking the leap into the real estate industry 6 years ago Aleisha has built an impressive reputation based on excellent communication skills, professionalism and integrity. She is knowledgeable and friendly and her focus is always to achieve the best results for her clients.

Aleisha is proud to call the Catlins home, “being able to live and work in the Clutha district is a privilege, we live in such a magnificent part of the country.”

Having lived in the small rural town of Owaka with her husband and two children for the last 18 years she is passionate about her community and can be found volunteering time and skills through school activities, sports clubs, community initiatives and as a long-standing member of the Catlins Area St John Committee.
