Maria joins Arizto with 7 years experience selling properties in the Whangarei Heads and Whangarei City area.

Everything from wee sections to grand mansions. Maria takes pride in keeping the process smooth, problem shooting, and negotiating the best deal around - this is why Maria feels that Arizto is such a great fit for her.

When not real-estating, Maria continues to be a vocal coach part-time and leads the Whangarei Youth Choir. She brings with her a wealth of experience in property from her early years working in planning and surveying firms as well as the Whangarei District Council.

Later on she became a professional actor/singer and drama tutor which helps no end in presenting the best in your property to the public. Maria dabbles in house dressing and has a keen eye for the right renovations to improve your marketability.

Maria has two young boys and her delightful imported husband.
