Roger is a real estate consultant of 10 years, who specialises in residential and lifestyle properties in Auckland's North West and North Shore. He brings to the industry a sound knowledge of real estate. Roger's real estate career began with another Auckland real estate company and was one of their high achievers, gaining a ranking in the top 20% nationally.
Roger made the move to Barfoot & Thompson four years ago and based himself at the Coatesville office. He quickly became their #1 salesperson three years in a row.
Roger has now based himself at the Albany office.
Prior to sales, Roger worked in the building industry as the owner of a plastering business, which he successfully operated for eight years, employing up to four people.
Roger says "Success in the real estate industry is about trust, integrity and being professional. Strong communication and forging lasting relationships with his clients is the key to longevity in an ever-changing market place. He is a strong negotiator who always keeps people well-informed.
Roger is passionate about sport. He has seen more than his share of action, being cricketer at school, playing rugby until he turned 30 and completing the Rarotongan International Triathlon five times. Roger has also competed in six half Ironman Triathlons. A lifetime highlight has been watching his brother, Trevor (a NZ test cricketer) score a century in a test match at Lords, against England in 1990.
Roger, his wife Joanna and their three daughters, Lauren, Emma and Holly, live in Albany, enjoying sports and treasuring their family time together.
