My wife and I together with our family moved from Christchurch to the Hibiscus Coast in 2005. We have three young children and we all love the safe and secure lifestyle that this part of the coast offers.

I enjoy meeting and working with new people so real estate was a natural fit. All of my working life has been in sales and marketing. I worked on the coast with Mediaworks Rodney and as an Assistant New Sales Manager at Albany Toyota.

Property development and the property market in general, have always been of special interest to me. When a sales position with the award-winning Kensington Park development was offered in late 2015, I jumped at the chance to be involved. The development created a vibrant community of freehold properties on 40 acres of beautifully landscaped parkland. The opportunity was there for both new sales and repeat business.

Since joining the team at Barfoot & Thompson Orewa I have built a strong portfolio of sales in the Hibiscus Coast area. In fact, I have been the number one salesperson for the branch in both 2018 and 2019 along with number four partnership Rodney 2020 & third in 2021.

The beach and any sport associated with it is where you'll often find me and my family in our free time. We all love it!

I look forward to assisting you with all your requirements when selling or purchasing your next home.

Recommendations

A big thank you to both Scott and Peter for your hard and diligent work in securing the sale of our apartment in Kensington Park . In a difficult and slowing market you were always positive and cheerful, and we greatly appreciated your efforts in following up people after our open homes . Thanks again for getting such a good result and we would certainly recommend you both to anyone who is thinking of selling their home here on the Hibiscus Coast . You both started out as business acquaintances' and we can now say you are good friends and we wish you both all the best for the future .To all your team here in Orewa all the best for the festive season .
