I have enjoyed huge success in sales and sales management for over three decades and in wanting a change, 29 years ago moved into the world of real estate specializing in both residential sales and property project marketing and have never looked back.

Having worked in the Western, Central City and now Eastern suburbs, I have gained a unique advantage and understanding of all styles and types of property which has enabled me to offer my clients both vendors and buyers alike, a wealth of knowledge whether they are wanting to sell or buy.

I have been very fortunate to have learned the art and skills of project marketing where travel to the UK to promote New Zealand property to hundreds of locals and ex pats, saw countless sales being achieved, many friendships forged and valuable experience gained in working, selling and marketing property offshore.

Throughout my career, I have won many sales and marketing awards including the prestigious New Zealand Herald Advertising Award which recognises innovative marketing skills and the ability to project to the public a unique insight and vision of a property. I am a firm believer in the power of advertising and cannot recommend this enough. Without a doubt, marketing is everything and although it sounds very cliché, one can't sell a secret.

I credit my success to my love of meeting and working with people and being able to build a strong and lasting rapport with those I meet, understanding that everyone has very individual needs. This, together with my enthusiasm, integrity and dedication to work hard for my clients, has rewarded me with an enviable database both on and offshore and a strong referral network.
