Bachelor of Business majoring in Accountancy

Originally from China, I came to New Zealand to study in 2001 and completed a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accountancy at Unitec. After several years in finance, I followed my true passion — real estate. My background in numbers and analysis has been invaluable in helping clients make confident property decisions.

I’ve lived in both West and Central Auckland for more than 20 years, giving me strong local insight and community connections. I’m fluent in both English and Mandarin, which allows me to bridge cultures and communicate clearly with a wide range of clients.

I work alongside Vanessa Bickerton, a Branch Manager–qualified agent known for her calm professionalism and strategic approach.
