As a qualified mediator, Zoe-Lou brings a host of refined skills to her clients and customers, including negotiation, quick thinking and attentive problem solving. She has an enthusiastic attitude, an undeniably strong presence, and most importantly, she always has her clients’ best interests at heart. Her working life has seen her grow within the marketing and sales profession, accruing more than seven years of retail and management experience. She is a member of the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand, having founded her own company that provides alternative dispute resolution services across New Zealand.
