I derive immense satisfaction from witnessing the success of individuals, and my passion lies in interacting with people. In 2015, I joined Barfoot & Thompson and quickly established myself as the preferred salesperson, eventually earning recognition as one of the best in my region. I recently held a branch management role with one of Browns Bay’s strongest competitors which allowed me to see how other teams operate.

Presently, as the Assistant Manager for Browns Bay Branch, I am dedicated to developing our salesforce and our culture by providing guidance, training and motivation. I firmly believe that investing in individuals is of paramount importance to achieve organisational success.

Prior to real estate, I established two successful IT companies. A passionate advocate for cutting-edge technology, I consistently generate fresh and stimulating ideas aimed at enhancing day-to-day productivity.

Although real estate is a team-oriented game, it is crucial to concentrate on the individual. It is my belief that everyone at Barfoot & Thompson should feel supported and confident in their ability to succeed in the fiercely competitive environment in which they operate.

The world of real estate brings me immense joy and satisfaction. Simultaneously, I have a strong inclination towards people development as my ultimate career path. This position serves as a perfect amalgamation of these two passions.
