Fee Ensor - Bayleys
I am passionate about people and place. I joined Bayleys to bring together my knowledge of the land and commitment to the community.
I derives satisfaction at both ends of the real estate journey: from working with vendors to learn what their desired outcome is, to meeting prospective buyers to understand what they’re looking for in a future property, and then achieving optimal results for both.
“It’s about great communication,” “listening, understanding and negotiating, so that both buyers and sellers get the result they need. Our homes and properties are usually the biggest financial investments we make in life. So whether buying or selling, it can seem overwhelming and even a little stressful. I aim to take the stress out of it, and to do the leg work, so that my clients don’t have to.”
And certainly I am no stranger to hard work. My husband Duncan and I with our 3 children, live on a High Country Sheep and Beef Station in the spectacular Rakaia Gorge. Plus, I have over 15 years’ service on a variety of fundraising committees, St John Ambulance, and the local Fire Brigade.
I am part of the Bayleys’ Residential, and Lifestyle team, serving Methven, Mid Canterbury, and the Canterbury Foot Hills areas and beyond. I have invaluable local knowledge and enthusiasm, and clients really respond to my integrity and friendly yet professional approach.
