Leo first entered the Real Estate Industry in the late 1990’s prior to a break and

then re-licensed in 2013 with a focus on Lifestyle property.

Leo has a genuine interest and passion with the Lifestyle and Residential sector as after emigrating from Holland in 1986 he utilised his Degree in Landscape Design to run a successful Landscape Design and Construction Business for some years.

Following this Leo owned his own dairy farms, having co-managed, developed and successfully sold three dairy farms both in Taranaki and Invercargill. Leo also has a large amount of experience in small to large rural subdivisions and has developed many residential properties within New Plymouth through his property development company.

His true passion has always been property, both in development, and now, the successful marketing and sale of Lifestyle and Residential Real Estate. Leo is 100% committed to the sale and marketing of lifestyle properties and residential homes.

Leo’s extensive experience with lifestyle property development combined with his desire to remain a forerunner in marketing strategies will ensure that clients and customers alike will receive an excellent service.

New to Team LSB is Rachel Williams, having had a 12-year career as a Speech Therapist, Rachel decided it is time for a change and to follow her interest in real estate. Rachel is originally from the UK and has recently emigrated to New Zealand with her Kiwi husband and young family. The move was a tough decision, but they have immersed themselves in all that Taranaki has to offer and have not looked back.

Since living in New Zealand Rachel and her husband have started a property portfolio and they are hoping to use their knowledge of property development gained in the UK and their keen eye for interior design to transform these properties. Having had first-hand experience of the real estate buying and selling process, Rachel quickly realised that this is where her true passion and skills lie and was therefore thrilled to be offered a position with Team LSB.
