I’m Sasha, a Commercial Property Broker at Buckley & Co, working across Auckland’s Lower North Shore in the industrial, office, and retail markets.
I’m currently finishing a conjoint Bachelor of Property and Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Auckland, majoring in Property, International Business, and Commercial Law. While I enjoy the academic side, what I really value is working with people, understanding their business, their goals, and helping them find a space that actually works for them.
I’m proactive, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in the commercial property market. I like keeping things straightforward, reliable, and personal, whether I’m working with a first-time tenant, a growing business, or an established landlord.
I’ve got a Russian–Kiwi background and have lived in both Russia and New Zealand, which has given me a pretty global outlook and an easy way of connecting with people from different walks of life.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me playing cricket, fishing, or spending time outdoors. It keeps me balanced, grounded, and reminds me that consistency and patience go a long way, in sport, in business, and in life.
