As the National Director of CBRE New Zealand's Industrial & Logistics division, Claus leads a dedicated team of over 20 professionals specialising in sale and leasing solutions of industrial and logistics assets nationwide.

Claus brings extensive experience in the disposal and acquisition of industrial and logistics properties, working with developers, private investors, property companies, funds, institutions, and corporate occupiers. Additionally, his early involvement in the design stages of construction projects allows me to offer valuable insights and sound advice for end-use solutions.

With a career spanning over 24 years, including seven years in the UK across various property market sectors, Claus began as a valuer and have since developed a comprehensive understanding of both professional services and agency disciplines.

Our Industrial & Logistics team collaborates closely with clients both locally and internationally. Claus's core focus is to secure optimal solutions for occupiers through a strategic lease or purchase acquisition process that balances the needs of occupiers, landlords, and vendors.
