Thomas is a Negotiator in South Auckland’s Industrial Sales & Leasing team, where he specialises in the Airport/Māngere area.

With a double bachelor’s degree in Property and Commerce (Management and Marketing), Thomas brings a deep understanding of the Auckland property market, augmented by his experience competing both nationally and internationally in property case competitions where he represented the University of Auckland. Prior to joining the Industrial & Logistics team, Thomas was a Research Assistant in CBRE New Zealand’s Research team, giving him deeper knowledge of the South Auckland industrial market.

Known for his strong work ethic and commitment, Thomas excels in creating and fostering strong relationships with clients, striving to fulfil their sales and leasing needs to the highest standard.
