Born in Cornwall UK, Kate came to NZ in 2010 at the age of 20. She fell in love with the country, particularly the Waikato and she dived into dairy farming.

After 7 years of dairy farming she decided to follow her passion for property and qualify as a Real Estate Agent, she has now completed 3 years of full time experience with several sales under her belt.

She is a country girl at heart owning her own horse and still keeping one foot in the dairy shed by relief milking.
