"Thank you Scott and Fiona for a highly successful sale of our property. You were both so reassuring and positive through the whole process of marketing and open homes which can be quite stressful at times. We
were so impressed with your wonderful customer service skills and knew our house sale was in good hands. We would recommend Scott and Fiona to anyone contemplating selling their home".

"We would like to thank Scott Larsen from Barfoot & Thompson Glendene for all his help in selling us our first home! A daunting and sometime confusing process Scott was quick to answer all our millions of questions and queries along the way. He made it seamless and was quick in getting our offer accepted. We are very grateful for his help in resolving any issues we had along the way and would highly recommend him to others whether buying or selling. We love our new home and couldn't be happier with how the process was handled".

"Scott and Fiona were great. They were easy to deal with, hardworking, and really helped the sale go smoothly. They helped a lot to ensure that the final process went smoothly, and went above and beyond when needed. I'd use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell".
"This was the first time my husband and I have sold a property and we found the whole process very easy with Scott and Fiona. Scott was quick to understand what we wanted and the time pressure we were under in order to secure our new property. Scott and Fiona worked quickly and communicated well in terms of our options and target audience. We got the result we wanted very quickly with the minimum of stress. Highly recommended".
"In March 2017, I decided to sell my father's home as he recently had moved into a rest home. Fiona and Scott came as a recommendation from a friend. Having never sold a home before, Fiona and Scott at the first meeting, made me feel totally at ease and explained the process without overwhelming me with too many details. I was grieving for a father who I had to put into a rest home, a decision that still pains me but I knew after my first meeting that I could trust this couple.
Throughout the course of the sale, I was informed of what had happened, recommendations, everything. I totally knew what was happening. The partner of my father was living in the house throughout the open homes and sale period, and at times proved very difficult. This was dealt with by Fiona and Scott in a very professional manner, with patience and understanding, at times not making their job very easy, but both were able to manage and advise me every step of the way.
The rollercoaster ride of offers, due diligence, ups and downs back up offers was explained clearly and professionally. I was made to feel I was in charge when dealing with senior management in their office of Barfoot & Thompson Glendene, taking suggestions and talking things through.
Selling a parent's house, as I have found out, can be a very emotional time, and I was made to feel very comfortable about what was happening, they listened, they followed my recommendations, I followed theirs, and I felt very little stress from the very first meeting to the last. They understood my pain, my questions, my naivety and in the end, I felt we have a friendship that I can call upon for any advice, long after the sale of the house".
"At the time I was thinking of selling, Scott just happened to phone to see if I was interested in an appraisal.
Scott came to my home and discussed the pros and cons of the market, and what I would hope to sell my house for. As I was not quite ready to sell at that time I was really impressed by the way Scott kept in contact me without me feeling that I was being pressured into selling, this I really appreciated. Apart from his good knowledge of the market, I feel his communication ability is a major factor in his success in this competitive industry. I was at all times comfortable and confident he would do his best . As time progressed Scott remained positive and helpful in ensuring I was kept informed and up to date with the marketing of my property. I cannot speak highly enough of my dealings with him, the words that come to mind when trying to describe him is trust, commitment and integrity. I would also like to make mention of Fiona his associate who also was a pleasure to deal with, they work as a team and were always in contact and contactable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Scott in any future real estate transactions".
