A HOME CHANGES EVERYTHING. So when you’re ready to buy or sell what is potentially your biggest financial, emotional and life investment, you need an agent who understands the process, who recognises what you are going through, and who will make sure the end result will be the best possible outcome. I was born and bred in Matamata and I’m proud to be a 4th generation Matamata local. I’ve bought and sold multiple residential and commercial properties throughout my life and set up and sold multiple businesses. My wife Kay and I owned and operated Hurricane Computers in Matamata for over 16 years, before selling up in 2018. During those years in business we recognised the importance of actively listening to our clients to establish a full mutual understanding of their wants, needs and aspirations. That understanding proved vital in delivering positive outcomes. These are all skills transferrable to the real estate industry. During the Covid lockdown of 2020 I took the opportunity to complete my Real Estate Salesperson papers, and shortly afterwards joined the team at Harcourts Matamata as a residential, lifestyle and commercial property salesperson. I bring a level business head, negotiation and listening skills, honesty and integrity and an extensive knowledge of Matamata and it’s surrounding districts. Through my current roles as a Matamata-Piako District Councillor, President of Matamata GreyPower, Lions, and Country Music and as a committee member of the RSA, I bring a large database of potential vendors and buyers to the real estate table. Kay and I also have 9 children and 27 grandchildren. These contacts have already provided and will continue to provide ongoing opportunities for positive real estate property outcomes for both vendors and purchasers. I look forward to working with you in the future.
