Nick’s depth of experience blends expertise in sales, negotiation and training, creating a distinct approach to real estate. With an ability to articulate complex processes, Nick ensures you are informed, equipped and empowered to make confident decisions.

With a passion for architecture, history, and connecting with people, Nick’s career began in property, working in London’s prestigious St. John’s Wood. Transitioning to medical sales, he navigated a highly technical and ethical sales environment, collaborating closely with surgeons in the UK and Australia, before progressing to international roles as a sales trainer and coach.

Arriving in Queenstown, Nick established his own consultancy, helping local businesses, including Harcourts, sharpen their sales and negotiation skills. He later managed Queenstown’s Southern Institute of Technology’s campus, which further developed his understanding of, and commitment to, the district.

Nick has played an active role as a community leader. He is Chairperson of his local resident’s association, as well as a long-standing Board Member of the Arrowtown Business Association and has volunteered across a wide range of district groups and organisations. These extensive contributions and leadership roles have developed a deep appreciation of the district’s unique communities and the importance of shaping our collective future together.

Coming full circle, Nick returned to real estate, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to become a trusted advisor in the local property market.
