Ethan came to New Zealand to pursue his education at a young age. Since then he has embraced and fallen in love with Kiwi culture and the people. As a real estate agent, Ethan is fluent in English and Chinese and has experience in different cultures. Over a period time he has built up many valuable and reliable connections, which enables him to reach both local and international customers. Ethan is very keen studying the latest research and following the trend of the market, so he can provide the best possible advice, counsel, and market information. After he got his New Zealand diploma in Management at Unitec, he worked fulltime to support himself, accomplished a double major degree in economics and finance at University of Auckland. Later on he also got a postgraduate certificate in business from Messy University. In his prior working life, most of his employers and colleagues have become his lifelong friends. Started as part time worker at Portland limited, trading as “Food by Chef”, in short a period of time he become assistant manager. During this time the company grew to a multimillion dollar business. After that, He joined Kato Pacific and the FreightWays Group working in every aspect of the business, helped acquisition and the transition of other companies. He passionate about investing in the financial market and believes in value based concepts. Over the last 4 years he has achieved an enormous return on the capital. He loves to give back to the society, by volunteering at Mangere, Otara, Tuakau Budgeting Services Trust Foodbank. Health body leads to a healthy mind. In his free time he enjoys Cross Fit and Brazilian jujitsu.
