Ranesh is a Director of the Retail Sales and Leasing team working at JLL.

He has a strong understanding of the Auckland retail market which is a key skill he brings to the table capable of delivering results.

In the twelve years following my graduation from the University of Auckland I have worked tirelessly to establish my place as one of the city’s premier retail sales and leasing agents primarily in the commercial food and beverage sector.

From winning JLL’s ‘Rookie of the Year’ award in 2013, through to consecutive accolades for ‘Most Settled Deals’, I am thrilled to use my natural aptitude to deliver effective strategies for my clients across such a dynamic sector of business.

Highly motivated, professional and communicative, I have facilitated many high profile transactions for a diverse network of clients including developers, investors, institutions and national retailers and look forward to continuing to achieve these optimal results in my most recent role as a Director in the Retail team at JLL Auckland.
