It is my pleasure to write that Shirley is at the top of her field; she is a proficient, highly skilled and professional negotiator, which, of course, makes for one very competent agent. Her years of knowledge and wisdom in the field was invaluable to me. Her experience in this medium was evident in her advice on how to prepare the house for market and what documents I should have in advance of open homes.

I think the old saying of “forewarned is forearmed” suits Shirley’s particular style of salesmanship. The idea of being completely ready for any and all questions is wonderful armour. It might cost a little upfront to get your affairs and paperwork in order, but it is totally worth it at the bargaining table, I am so pleased I followed through on that advice.

I had many, many groups through the first open home and three days later, it was sold. This is totally thanks to Shirley and her forward thinking, the person making the offer could negotiate straight away with no delays under the proviso of “conditions”. Because we were so prepared, Shirley was able to secure me well in excess of my expectations. She was brilliant!
