He has a strong working relationship with several prominent developers in the Western Bays area. Their repeat business has enabled him to build a strong project marketing team. Commitment, energy and integrity are the strengths that Steven focuses on. He displays tenacity with every project he works on and won’t give up until the property is sold for a premium price. Steven believes in all forms of marketing albeit, by negotiation, Tender, Auction, or Fixed Price, and will recommend you the best form of marketing for each individual property given the type and market conditions at the time of marketing. Performance Steven regularly sells over 50 properties a year. He is a member of the LJH Captain’s Club prestigious Multi Million Dollar Chapter, an honour that is bestowed upon only 5% of the agents in the total L.J. Hooker Group, and only if they have made enough sales. He has been a past National Debate winner and these skills have enabled him to be a top negotiator. He believes in achieving premium prices for all his vendors. Steven regularly attends international conferences each year to keep abreast of trends. He has also completed his Auctioneers Accreditation and has entered auctioneers competitions.
