I am super excited to join the Lodge Real Estate team to launch into the sales sector, after my previous 12 year period with Lodge Rentals where I grew and managed an extensive investment portfolio. This experience has allowed me to develop a wide range of industry contacts and an established reputation. I picked up numerous awards including Property Manager of the year, Letting Agent of the Year and REINZ of Excellence along the way. As an investor myself I believe I have a wealth of local knowledge in the Hamilton area.
My job is to fulfil dreams, hopes, and expectations, but I’ll do my utmost to go beyond that standard every time I meet a new client: I’m mindful that this frequently makes the difference between a good agent and a great agent.
What can you expect from me? After listening to the unique needs, wants, and aspirations of my clients, I’ll seek to add value by offering my feedback, proposals, and recommendations. We’ll then design a marketing plan to capture the best-possible audience, to get the property sold for the premium it deserves.
For some, selling or buying real estate can be a long or stressful process, but I feel confident my experience and empathy will help reduce any potential anxiety. A good plan combined with hard work is my commitment to you.
Away from work I am a mother of two and am married to my main support man, Dave. We’re great travellers, and I enjoy staying fit and healthy through indoor netball and regularly attending the gym.
I love real estate because of the positive transformation and change it can bring to people’s lives, and I genuinely enjoy meeting people from all walks of life. When you meet with me I’m sure you’ll see I have true passion, high energy, and a strong resolve.
