My entry into Real Estate started after spending 15 years working in various roles in the grocery/retail industry and I realised that the role I enjoyed the most was when I was a Four Square Supermarket business advisor. I spent my days travelling the South Island from supermarket to supermarket providing support to the store owners. What I loved about this role was working with people and adding value to them and their business. As I worked my way up the corporate ladder into different roles in the industry, I no longer got the same work satisfaction which is what triggered my career change. I have always had an interest in property and anyone who knows me would tell you I’m a born salesman, but more than that I believe working directly with people and being able to add value to their lives is what I was made to do.

My background has caused me to develop many critical skills needed for the Real Estate industry, such as excellent communication, strong at presentations & great at negotiation.

I chose to work with Mike Pero Real Estate because it’s a local, well trusted Christchurch born & bread Real Estate brand. I believe in today’s market it is important that sellers and buyers receive the services of a strong, trustworthy brand which has a highly skilled and dedicated head office & sales team.

My focus leading into 2021 is to apply my experience and knowledge into delivering a high level of skill and service, at a fair fee, to sellers and buyers within the Cashmere, Middleton, Huntsbury, Westmorland, Hoon Hay & Hillmorton areas.
