With more than a decade in real estate, Mark Garratt has made a strong name for himself on the North Shore and Rodney.

Mark’s contractual, legal and negotiation skills are his greatest strength, and are a result of his spending 17 years in civil/construction management. His career accomplishments prior to real estate include working his way up to Principal Consultant for public and private sector clients, and also completing a BSc (Hons) Degree.

Mark is also known as The Plaster Master this comes from selling a great number of plaster homes from $600,000 – $6,000,000 all over the North Shore and Rodney.

And with a civil engineering background and construction management degree, he always knows exactly what to do.
