After Stephanie completed her Real Estate Salesperson Qualification, she worked with Julie Rodgers as a Licensed PA for a year to ensure she had the experience to go along with the education. It was important for her to know that she was starting off her real estate career with a complete understanding of all aspects of Property Marketing, Sales and Contracts before expecting others to have complete trust in her with what is most likely their most valuable possession.
Stephanie grew up the youngest of three girls in a family that moved out to Waiuku in the early 90’s, and she moved away from the area at 19 for work opportunities. She is now a mother to three daughters of her own and moved back to the Waiuku community 12 years ago knowing this is where she would like to raise her family.
Before having children, Stephanie worked in both Early Childhood Education and as a Teacher Aide in lower economic areas. This in turn taught her the precious ability to be able to converse with people from all walks of life, nationalities and cultures.
After spending a few years at home with young children, it was time to return to the workforce which is what lead her down a sales path. From Photography Packages to Clothing, Furniture and Home Appliances. She received awards for her high level of customer service in her previous roles, something she always endeavors to provide.
