"Instrumental in bringing Sotheby’s International Realty to Hawke’s Bay, franchise holder Fraser Holland leads the team in the role of Managing Director. Born and bred in the Bay, Fraser has a business degree in marketing and 20 plus years’ experience in senior sales, marketing and general management roles in London and Wellington.
His previous employers include the New Zealand Rugby Union where he was most recently Commercial Manager, responsible for contract negotiation, marketing and communication activities for the All Blacks and NZRU. Always in sales and marketing, Fraser has also been with international advertising and creative agency Ogilvy, Heinz Watties and his first ‘real’ employer was Lion Nathan.
Returning with his family to Hawkes Bay in 2010, Fraser joined long-time friend Simon Tremain as General Manager of Tremain Real Estate. During this time, he led a large team and was responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of the sales process, marketing, and customer service.
He’s excited about the entry of this real estate agency to the Hawke’s Bay market. “Sotheby’s International Realty offers vendors another choice; a new way to sell their property that up until now has not been available – one with local expertise and true global reach.”
