Shona McMillan is a life-long learner who completed her BA in Sociology as an adult student. This thirst for knowledge is how she became a real estate consultant.
While perusing study options she stumbled on a booklet about real estate, an ‘aha’ moment that changed her life and has seen her happily working in Real Estate for over a decade.
But, not content with completing her National Certificate in Real Estate Sales, Shona has gone on to study for the National Certificate in Real Estate (Branch Manager). Why? “To gain ongoing knowledge,” she says.
Shona likes challenges and is expert at getting a sale where it has proven tricky to do so. She shines in difficult situations such as when a house has to be sold after a marriage break-up or death. Her sensitive, friendly approach combined with exemplary communication skills are ideal in these situations.
But she is also results-driven and focused, which is why referral and repeat business routinely come her way. Because she keeps people informed, has a good sense of humour and shows initiative.
