Before launching a career in real estate sales, Mark was a Chef and owner of Eat on Windsor Restaurant in Invercargill – a profession which shaped the way he does business to this day.

The experience of business ownership has provided Mark with a base of skills, including realising his vision for his business, project and staff management, clientele relationships, product attention to detail, hands on day to day planning and sheer hard work in order to succeed.
Mark places a strong emphasis on listening to his clients and understanding their unique requirements. With experience in running his own business, Mark values customer feedback and prides himself on building long lasting connections with his clients.
Outside work, Mark’s family is his focus. His three children keep him on his toes and test his negotiating skills to ensure he is at the top of his game! Of course, a little golf and fishing doesn’t go astray.
