Tim Belcher - Professionals
My aim is to provide a level of service to my clients that is efficient, effective and ethical. After a twenty seven year career in the New Zealand Police and having been in Real Estate since 1997, I have achieved excellent results for my Vendor clients by being very focused and perservering when the going gets tough.
Three traits characterise my work ethic: honesty, straight forward approach and excellent negotiation skills. My marketing skills have been honed to a level reflecting the current market and the individuality of each home.
I have completed a Diploma in Business Studies (Real Estate) through Massey University, and I'm also an Associate of the Real Estate Institute. Such endeavour further demonstrates my commitment to the Real Estate industry.
My interests include community service - I am a past President and current member of Rotary. I was awarded a Paul Harris Fellowship in 2013 for services to Rotary.
With three adult daughters and two grandchildren, there is some time left for golf.
I am always interested in meeting new people. I offer to the market a keen interest in Real Estate and an ability to relate to people no matter what their needs are.
