Born and Bred in Hastings and with a mechanical and engineering background, Brent spent his early years building and racing cars followed by a period in Melbourne selling finance and insurance before returning to Hawke’s Bay to buy an apple orchard and continued in the fruit growing industry for a further 15 years.

Brent has also been involved in various aspects of real estate since 1984 including; new home consultant, property investment consultant, renovating existing homes, building new homes and land development. This experience has given him a wide range of skills and business acumen allowing him to think outside the square when it comes to negotiating, purchasing and financing properties.
