I see my real estate strength is my knowledge and experience of Wellington together with an intimate understanding of how the regions influences affect the overall Wellington picture.
My strategy is to prospect through my sphere of influence, to prospect in your demographic area as well as prospect through Property Specialists database of registered buyers and sellers past, present and future. This combined with quality marketing will give you the best result. I am always searching for qualified buyers and quality property listings.
I am progressive in my thinking and can utilise technology. I understand its use in general communication with a large reach quickly and efficiently with quality information. Technology has improved the art of cold calling, and given us the capability to conduct relevant market research when required. I have owned and managed five Milk Delivery businesses. This has given me a grounding in all aspects of running a sustainable business from a practical point as well as honing my focus and skills in offering awesome customer service.
There are five generations of my family living in Wellington.
I actively support local rugby, yachting, Rotary and Toastmasters. I attended Scots College.
