David Lee is a Licensee Salesperson with Ray White City Apartments. Korean-born, he has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Hanyang and a National Certificate of Electrical Engineering from Auckland’s Unitec.

David has a significant background in project management and large-scale property development. His early career in South Korea was as Manager of Research and Planning - New Business at LG International’s head office. A project management directorship followed with a company specialising in civil engineering, roading, earthworks, superstructure, and high rise developments.

In 2001 David and his family moved to New Zealand and settled in Auckland where he worked in the motor vehicle industry while completing further New Zealand qualifications. Equipped with substantial skills in property and project management, David started his real estate career in

Auckland’s residential and commercial market in 2005. With several high-profile management and consulting roles in the marketing and planning of large scale residential apartment developments, David brings considerable capability and knowledge to his work. Previous work includes senior
