Doug has an extremely positive perspective on life. He was formerly a Director of a very successful real Estate company in Southland. Prior to Real Estate Doug spent over 20 years teaching in Southland secondary schools, concentrating in the guidance area. He has worked with youth most of his life and relates well to a wide variety of age groups.

Doug is family orientated. He is married to Cindy and has four children and nine grandchildren. Doug enjoys the challenge of real estate, and he attributes his success to building quality relationships, professionalism, having a plan, and mentoring others.
