Simon Green is a Licensed Salesperson (REAA 2008)

Coming from a career in the transport industry, Simon threw caution to the wind when he embarked on his real estate journey in 2016.

Despite the support of his wife, Hannah, and their extended family, he knew it was a risky move given that his would be their only source of income for at least a few years.

Drawing on a library of logistical skills built during his transport career, Simon has made short work of becoming a name synonymous with the best in Marlborough real estate.

He loves working with people and even more so helping them to achieve the best results when it comes to their property dreams.

Simon was awarded Diamond Achiever for three consecutive years within his first five in Real Estate and has been the recipient of numerous company achiever awards both locally and nationally.

He strives to be the best role model to his four sons, teaching them the value of working hard, and is an active member on their school Board of Trustees.

Between work and volunteering for school activities, Simon spends a lot of time making the most of everything the Marlborough region has to offer with his family.

When he can squeeze in his own activities, he enjoys martial arts, surfing, mountain biking and generally enjoying the great outdoors.
