Tara Thomson
A little about Tara Tara has come a long way since she entered the work force as a young 17 year old, commencing her first job for a well known accountancy firm in Whangarei, New Zealand.   At 21, she left New Zealand for her O.E. in England where she met lots of new people and friends also from Whangarei, all living in a large communal flat of 20 to 25 people at any one stage.  What was meant to be a year or two living overseas turned into 7 wonderful years living in the UK and travelling the world from her base home in Acton Town, London.   Tara learnt very quickly to adapt to the living and working conditions in London where she carried on her office administration role working in various office jobs temping all over London and gaining a wide variety of experience in the workforce industry.   Returning to New Zealand Tara came home to a booming economy and life in New Zealand was looking pretty good.  Tara built her first home in Whangarei and settled into a great job with a New Zealand owned insurance company.   With a brother and sister both living and working in the mines of Perth, Australia, and visiting with them during the winter holidays she was then convinced to move to the beautiful city of Perth with its fantastic warm winter weather.  This turned out to be an incredible move with the thriving mining industry Perth had to offer and the wonderful hot weather, along with a great job in the city as a personal assistant to the managing director of an exploration mining company.   However all good things must come to an end and with the mining industry slowing down it was time for Tara to come home to New Zealand, and it was time for a new career change. Having grown up in the beautiful district of Bream Bay and the wonderful beaches of Ruakaka and Waipu Cove (where you can swim and not have to worry about any great white sharks), Tara saw the potential this growing magical place has to offer and decided she wanted to be a part of it.  After talking to many professional people in the industry Tara decided to sit her real estate license and join a prestige company that could offer her the support and knowledge to take her where she wanted to go in the industry.  This is why she agreed to join the professional and internationally recognised company of Ray White.  Tara feels she has not only joined a reputable company but has the great privilege of working in an office with one of the best views in the world.
