With a background in graphic design, marketing, photography and customer service, she brings professionalism, loyalty, a strong work ethic, and a high attention to detail in the role.

Kat has lived in Dunedin for six years, but her Dunedin roots date back to 1948 when her Grandmother landed here after coming out from the UK after the war, where she worked at Hudson’s biscuit factory.

A South Dunedin local, she believes in the community and is looking forward to bringing a spotlight to all the amazing features of South Dunedin and why it’s a great place to live.

Her goal is to be the expert in South Dunedin real estate.

Having run her own business from home and navigated working from home during a pandemic, she understands the unique requirements many of us need from our properties in 2023, such as home offices or hybrid spaces in the home.
