Gary Martin is known as one of the most experienced and knowledgeable real estate salespeople on the Hibiscus Coast. In addition to selling, Gary is also one of the business owners of Ray White Manly and has acted as mentor for many successful sales people. He has worked in partnership with fellow business owner, Jayne Winefield, for the past 18 years and together they are a formidable team always focused on getting the best possible result for their Clients.

Jayne Winefield has spent the past 18 years selling real estate with Ray White, for most of that time she has been selling in partnership with Gary Martin. The past nine years have seen them build the well respected and successful Ray White office in the heart of Manly Village. This business follows the ethos of Ray White internationally - it is a business built on family values. The high percentage of repeat business and many recommendations from past clients are what brings job satisfaction to Jayne and she gets huge satisfaction from knowing she is helping her clients achieve their dreams. Jayne has lived on the Coast for more than three decades and raised her family here so she is well placed to offer clients and customers a wealth of local knowledge and expertise.

Tim Winefield has joined Gary and Jayne and together they work as a team. This gives our clients and customers a team that has professionalism, experience and energy.

Tim is a Coastie through and through and loves the people and the lifestyle. He made a huge decision to leave a very successful career as a Senior Business Development Manager with one of NZ’s largest multi-national Life Insurance companies. He has always wanted to live and work locally and is unabashedly a fan of the Hibiscus Coast. When he had the opportunity to join the family focused team at Ray White Manly he jumped at it.

The skills he developed and needed in his previous role and a Business Studies Degree lend themselves to a career in real estate. Tim is extremely likeable with a friendly positive personality, he is intuitive with a sharp mind. Those attributes along with genuine empathy mean he is people focused and results driven - he is totally focused on delivering exceptional client and customer service.

He was a pupil at Whangaparaoa Primary School, a first day pupil of what was known as the Hibiscus Coast Intermediate and he completed his secondary schooling at Orewa College. Now he is working locally in a pet friendly office, he and his partner are very excited and have started looking for the right dog to join their family. Tim is passionate about basketball and cars, enjoys golf and spending time outdoors.
