Growing up in a family of hard workers has instilled a strong work ethic in John. His determination and hunger for being successful is important, and he’s not shy to say that he loves to win.
He sees Manukau as South Auckland’s business centre because of its dominant location, which is proved by the success of the Ray White Manukau branch. John is a fluent speaker of Vietnamese.
John respects his clients and acknowledges that a salesperson’s role is one of trust. Dealing with peoples’ property, often their most valuable asset, is uppermost in his mind.
He wants his clients to feel that the process of selling and buying is not merely a transaction but a journey, and all involved are venturing toward better things along the path. Every transaction is different and his vendors’ and buyers’ special stories unfold as the sales process goes on.
Even though parts of the selling process can be stressful sometimes, John will fully assist his clients over any rough patches, in order to achieve the best outcomes.
He’s not afraid to step up and take the lead in any situation, to get everyone involved moving forward.
He prides himself on his organisational, planning and communication skills. John believes communication is the crucial key to any success – whether that be with his valued clients or his fellow team members.

John was born in South Auckland and is a current resident of Goodwood Heights, and knows Manukau like the back of his hands.
As well as having travelled and worked in several overseas destinations, he is also a qualified architectural technician. He has designed his parents’ house and his own home in Goodwood Heights.
