Jas Dhaliwal is no stranger to hard work and tough negotiation. Since 2020 she has worked across all elements of the real estate industry in Auckland following a career in PR, marketing, and business. When joining Steve and Lisa Stone at Ray White Parnell as their sales associate, Jas had already accrued numerous sales across the city’s inner suburbs and continually focusses on delivering outstanding real estate advice and service to The Stones’ clients.

Being raised on a dairy farm in the Waikato establishes Jas as an entrepreneurial, hard- working, and adaptable person. With a Bachelor of Marketing, Jas has a former career as a fashion PR executive, handling media releases, event management, branding, and client relationships. A stint running her own floristry business in Wellington was followed by a return to Auckland where she joined the real estate industry in 2020 and acquired her real estate license. She operated in a dual sales and marketing role in a Point Chevalier office where she sold two listings in her first two months. Many sales later, Jas moved to work in Remuera and was a real estate executive assistant before joining Ray White Parnell in early 2023.

High energy and driven to succeed, Jas is an excellent communicator who builds strong, trusted connections with her clients. She has a comprehensive understanding of all facets of the real estate process from marketing, administration, compliance, and the sales transaction – expertise that not all agents can lay claim to. Friendly and easy going, Jas consistently steps up and is determined and tenacious when it comes to negotiating the best possible sale price for her vendors. Her creative eye is a huge asset when preparing a home for marketing with her background in fashion, design and visual presentation helping to ensure things always look their best. In her spare time, Jas loves to spend time with her friends and partner exploring the outdoors and indulging in local eateries.
