With a formidable track record in real estate personally and professionally, coupled with a more than 25-year career in property law, commerce and the real estate industry, Paula Campbell is better placed than most to be advising clients on buying and selling a home. Paula’s credentials for real estate are further enhanced when you add into the mix her longstanding involvement in the north shore community, her depth of local knowledge and vast network of friendships.

Paula began her career as a PA and secretary and then legal executive to top management in major law firms before joining Ray White New Zealand in 1999 as EA to CEO Carey Smith. Simultaneously she was a company director and responsible for the management of a family business confirming her capacity to efficiently juggle a lot of balls at one time. Additionally, she built on her executive assistant expertise in the global health sector and with another real estate brand before joining long-time friend and former colleague Heather Walton at Ray White Takapuna as a licensee real estate salesperson.

Paula is a committed, tenacious and passionate professional with a significant understanding of the law and property. Her expertise around the systems and processes of Ray White are arguably, better than any other salesperson in the country.  She’s flexible and adaptable, treating her clients according to their individual needs and she greatly values her connections to people and the relationships that she forges along the real estate journey they are taking with her.

Paula’s focus outside of real estate is with her family – all keen sailors. She is also an ardent supporter of the arts in New Zealand.
