Joelle Fox - Ray White
I have lived in Karamea most of my life, loving every moment. My husband and I owned a hospitality business in Karamea for 8 years, managed dairy farm for 8 years then started up a contracting business which we have run for 11 years. We have 2 children that go to our local Area School and who are lucky to have grown up in a community that cares for each other. We might not have KFC, a movie theatre or a mall but I can assure you the BBQ’s on the beach with friends, bush walks, fishing , and our local shops is all that is required for a soulful, hearty kiwi lifestyle.
The reason I am in Real Estate is the satisfaction of seeing people find their home where they can nurture their family, become self-sufficient or retire, take the time to fish, explore, or join one of the many clubs which include, bridge, walking, monthly lunch outing, sewing, singing, dancing, the list goes on. We have a great medical facility with no waiting lists, a micro climate that is conducive to Horticulture, Agriculture and tourism and a great range of properties on the market to choose from.
I am the local marriage celebrant and ambulance officer, KAS Board Chair and Property manager, I am also involved with the Swimming club, Karamea Shamrocks and I'm a St John Cadet leader. It's starting to sound like my I's are to close together so just know that I am able to help you with most questions you may have about our community and if I don't know I'll do my best to find out.
I have been with Landmark Real Estate since 2009 which is now Ray White West Coast and hope to be able to show more people what Karamea can offer in the years to come.
