Holding a Bachelor of Science in Finance and an International MBA with Honours, Richard brings a wealth of valuable knowledge and experience to the team. Prior to joining the Ray White Gisborne, he was Head of Cetera Financial Group’s Business Consulting organisation, where he was responsible for managing a team of business consultants tasked with helping their financial advisors with growth and productivity objectives. He directed the development of innovative tools, programs and resources, as well as leading a number of strategic initiatives focused largely on firm culture and the client engagement process.

As our Sales Manager, Richard works closely with our people and our clients, to ensure everyone is equipped with the skills and resources they need to achieve a premium result and experience every time. His proven skill set in the areas of compliance, sales and negotiation, problem solving, recruitment and coaching ensure he is a valuable asset to our team and clients alike.
