Born and raised in Invercargill, Hadley was interested in real estate from a young age. A third generation agent, his father Neil was in the industry in Invercargill for over 30 years. After completing a Law degree and Commerce (Accounting) degree at the University of Otago and spending time living abroad, Hadley began his real estate career teaming up with Gerard Bligh. Hadley and Gerard execute their work with exacting attention to detail, striving to achieve outstanding outcomes for clients.

In their first three years selling real estate as a partnership, Hadley and Gerard sold over 170 properties totalling over $279 million. They have set many new street and neighbourhood records and have built a loyal client base of happy vendors and purchasers.
