Sarah Lange - Tall Poppy
Having recently arrived at Tall Poppy, Sarah Lange is looking forward to embracing a new model in real estate where buyers and sellers get a safer, fairer deal with unbeatable flat fees, and she’ll be using skills, experience and ingenuity attained over the course of a fascinating life’s voyage.
Sarah’s overseas odyssey began in Sydney, where she surfed and honed her skills as a software licensing advisor.
A short trip to Vietnam turned into a four-year journey as Sarah explored the country, and taught English as a second language, before finding work on a series of super yachts in the Mediterranean, USA, Bahamas, Seychelles and Indian Ocean.
Of course it was fun, but it was hard work too, and Sarah’s problem-solving and ‘people’ skills were especially useful when it came to interacting with others.
Back in Otaki in 2015 she bought a house at the beach. “It’s my baby,” she says. “I’ve undertaken loads of renovations and I really enjoy that.”
Real estate is the ideal career path for Sarah, who has boundless energy and loves meeting people. She knows the area well and is passionate about it. “It’s such a great community and I have made lots of friends here”
Having met and mixed with people from all walks of life she genuinely understands that in real estate, one size does not fit all. Open to new ideas she prides herself on being empathetic and discreet and is a consistently honest, clear, communicator.
“I need to be good at what I do and I’ve developed the softs skills and the hard skills, which you have to possess, if you want to succeed in this business."
During her time in real estate Sarah has notched up a number of awards, which are testament to her success. She’s not afraid of hard work and is always very happy to be available to clients when - and wherever they need her.
“I want every single person I deal with to come away smiling once the transaction is over because it’s that sort of positive connection which makes real estate so satisfying.
“So, if you’re thinking of selling but feel a little worried about it, do give me a call and I promise you’ll get a pleasant surprise!”
