Originally from China, I graduated from the University of Waikato with a Bachelor of Business Analysis majoring in Accounting in 2012. Straight after university, I successfully ran a hospitality business for ten years. During this time, I developed strong customer communication skills. I learned how to build strong interpersonal relationships with people from various cultures and backgrounds. These skills have proven invaluable in my real estate career.
Hospitality is fast-paced with plenty of moving parts. We must learn to adapt and think on our feet daily for the array of situations that arise. I believe this will be a great asset for me moving into another fast-paced industry and the number of new faces I will likely meet. I always do my best in every situation, and my focus extends to the smallest detail. I treat all people with unconditional kindness, honesty and a determination to make my clients happy. I speak fluent Mandarin, and English adds value to all my real estate transactions.
