Bob Tulloch - Tremains
During Bob’s self-employed life, he established and operated a number of local successful businesses. In the photography field Bob has become a household name, as well as achieving the highest honours in this industry. Detached retinas have curtailed Bob’s career as a professional photographer, so he has transferred his extensive business skills into real estate.
A “people person” Bob has taken this business approach into successfully selling property. With quick success upon entering the Real Estate industry his results come from dedication, understanding the expectations of his clients and always working toward a stress-free result while obtaining prices that delight his vendors.
Bob has served the local community as a City Councillor for a three-year term, representing the Mount Papamoa Ward. Highlights included floating the concept of a boardwalk at Pilot Bay, Chairing the Mauao committee and establishing the Totara Street pohutukawa hedge, designed to screen the industrial buildings.
Bob and his wife Lena have been married for 43 years, have 5 children and 10 grandchildren. They built a family home in Matua and lived there for 16 years, then moved to Omanu. They had 20 happy years near the surf club and currently live in Papamoa where they enjoy all sport, good friends, humour, photography and family barbecues.
