Sharon Crossen - UP
Sharon's career first began in the law office at Davenports as a Law Clerk and went on to a sole charge position for an Auckland Barrister & Solicitor. Over this 8 year period, she became very familiar with all aspects relating to property conveyancing. This history puts her in a unique position to help navigate clients to sale or purchase.
Sharon has 22 years’ experience in the real estate industry, having worked for one of Ponsonby's most respected Developers. She was involved in assisting with project management both building and renovating multi-million dollar homes, in Ponsonby, Grey Lynn and Remuera. Consequently Sharon is fully conversant with Council requirements and has a sound knowledge of building products and procedures.
Married with two adult children Sharon has always lived and worked in the central Auckland area.
Sharon Crossen gained her Real Estate Certificate in 2010 as a Licensee Salesperson (REAA 2008) and is a member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand. Over the years Sharon has been heavily involved in all aspects of realestate from office management, trust account manager, marketing and sales.
