Mathew Chamberlain - Watson Real Estate
Chris has worked in Real Estate since June 1998 and during that period has always been contracted as a Sales Consultant to Watson Real Estate. He was born and raised in New Plymouth, the sixth of seven children and his upbringing revolved around family, sharing and helping each other out. He spent the first eight years of his working life in Auckland, and was delighted to receive a promotion to Palmerston North in 1982. Prior to Real Estate, his career spanned the giftware and pharmaceutical industries and evolved into a senior management role in the veterinary industry. The experience he gained in customer service, marketing, sales and negotiating at all levels, has been invaluable to the success of his Real Estate career.
Chris’s son Mathew was born and educated in Palmerston North and loves living in this City. He teamed up with Chris at Watsons after working in the building industry for almost three years. Mathew has an intuitive and instinctive feel for the industry having been surrounded and immersed in it since the age of two. His experience and knowledge in building new homes allows him to provide informed advice to both Buyers and Sellers alike.
Chris and Mathew have a very close father/son relationship and you will sense that the minute you meet them. With twenty years of experience, wisdom and expertise complimented by youth, energy and technological know-how, this team is able to provide exceptional service to a wide variety of clients.
For recreation they enjoy all sports, (primarily as a spectator for Chris), fishing, music, reading and learning new skills. They love socializing with friends and also meeting new people. Real Estate allows them to assist people when they are making significant changes in their lives and they feel very privileged to be part of that process. You can be absolutely certain that when you employ the Chamberlain team to represent you, you’ll not only get expertise, energy and commitment, but you’re very likely to have a few laughs and a bit of fun along the way.
