Rakesh has been born and bred in Wellington, raised in Island Bay and now living in Miramar.

Rakesh is driven by his determination to deliver the best possible service in marketing and his negotiation skills to achieve both great prices for his home owners but also assisting buyers achieve their aspirations to find their dream home.

Rakesh gains great satisfaction from going above and beyond for his clients, where their joy and happiness is the ultimate success. It is due to these qualities Rakesh has found great success in his first couple of years in Real Estate.

Rakesh has been in the industry for 7 years and counting, previously with the largest and most successful Wellington Real Estate company and including experience working in Prime Central London. It was through this experience that led Rakesh to approach The Wellington Company to set up an in-house sales division which commenced in February 2019. Rakesh has been the lead agent representing the Erskine Development in Island Bay which is a 98 unit project.
