Lorraine’s career in real estate started in 2000 property managing and tenanting city apartments throughout the Wellington area.

She then specialised in the marketing and sales of apartments and has now been successfully selling residential homes and apartments all over Wellington for the past eighteen years.

She believes success in real estate comes through personal communication and making that

connection by establishing her clients’ needs and expectations up front- first by listening

then delivering.

Prior to real estate I worked in an events management team in Wellington for several years on many exciting projects. At the same time I volunteered my services to LGFB (helping women undergoing cancer treatment- with skin care and makeup) for 12 years and thoroughly enjoyed volunteering my time. Whilst my boys were at primary school in Wilton, I worked on the board at their school in a marketing role,
